Log in to your dashboard and go to Wallet → Deposit. Choose your payment method (bank wire, BTC, ETH, USDT, or PayPal), follow the instructions, and submit. Crypto deposits confirm in 10–60 minutes; bank wires in 1–3 business days. No deposit fees are charged by WealthBridge.
From your dashboard, go to Wallet → Withdraw. Enter your withdrawal amount and destination details (bank account or crypto wallet address). Withdrawals are reviewed and processed within 1–6 hours for crypto or 2–5 business days for bank transfers. A 1.5% processing fee applies.
Most KYC verifications complete within 24 hours of document submission. If yours has been pending longer than 48 hours, email [email protected] with your registered email address and account reference number. Ensure your submitted documents are clear, in colour, and unobstructed.

ROI payment dates depend on your plan tier. Starter/Basic plans pay monthly (every 30 days). Growth/Professional plans pay bi-weekly (every 15 days). Premium/Elite plans pay weekly. All payment dates are confirmed at plan activation and visible in your dashboard.
Yes — any funds credited to your free account balance (including ROI payments) can be reinvested into a new plan immediately. There is no waiting period. Many clients roll ROI payments into new plans at maturity to take advantage of compound growth.
