WealthBridge Markets is a professional investment management platform offering three services — Portfolio Investment, Stocks Trading, and Commodities Trading. We provide individually managed investment accounts where a dedicated advisor actively manages your capital to generate consistent monthly returns. Unlike trading platforms where you place your own trades, WealthBridge manages everything for you.

Click "Open Account" and complete the registration form with your personal details. Verify your email address, then upload your KYC documents (government-issued ID and proof of address). Once approved — usually within 24 hours — you can fund your account and activate your first investment plan.

You will need a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence) and a proof of address dated within the last 3 months (bank statement, utility bill, or official government letter). Documents must be clear, unobstructed, and in colour. We use a secure, encrypted document portal for all KYC submissions.

Most accounts are verified within 24 hours of document submission. During peak periods this may extend to 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your account is approved and you can begin investing immediately.

No. Each person may only hold one account with WealthBridge Markets. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending AML review.

We accept investors from over 150 countries worldwide. Certain jurisdictions with restrictive financial regulations (including some OFAC-sanctioned countries) are excluded. During registration, you will be notified if your country is not currently supported.

Log in to your account dashboard, navigate to Settings → Profile, and update your details. For changes to your registered email address, you will need to re-verify the new address via a confirmation email. Name changes require submission of supporting legal documentation.

Investment Plans 9

Our Portfolio Starter plan begins at $500. Stocks Basic starts at $1,000 and Commodities Starter from $2,000. Growth-tier plans require $5,000–$10,000 and Premium/Elite plans from $20,000–$50,000. There is no maximum investment limit.

Yes. You may hold multiple active investment plans across different plan types and tiers at the same time. Many clients run a Portfolio Growth plan alongside a Stocks Basic plan or a Commodities Starter, creating diversified income streams across multiple maturity dates.

Payment frequency depends on your plan tier. Starter/Basic plans pay monthly (once per 30-day cycle). Growth/Professional plans pay bi-weekly (every 15 days). Premium/Elite plans pay weekly. Payments are credited directly to your account balance and visible in your dashboard within minutes of processing.

ROI is calculated as a fixed percentage of your invested principal. For example: a $10,000 investment in the Growth Portfolio (8%/month) generates $800/month, credited bi-weekly as $400 every 15 days. The percentage is applied to your original invested amount — not to accumulated ROI. All stated ROI percentages are net of platform costs.

Yes, unconditionally. When a plan completes its stated duration, your original invested principal is returned to your account balance in addition to any final ROI payment due. This capital return is guaranteed as a contractual obligation of your investment agreement.

Yes. ROI payments credited to your account balance can be reinvested into a new plan at any time. Many clients roll their ROI into a new plan at maturity to take advantage of compounding. There is no restriction on how quickly you can reinvest credited funds.

Our risk management framework is designed to absorb market losses within our operational risk reserves before any impact reaches client capital. Our drawdown limits and stop-loss discipline ensure that no single market event can cause losses that exceed our reserves. The ROI guarantee and capital return are supported by our operating capital, not solely by trading performance.

Active plans cannot be modified once started. However, when your current plan matures, you are free to reinvest in any plan tier. If you wish to invest additional capital before your current plan matures, you can open a separate new plan with the additional funds.

The longest plan duration is 90 days (Premium Portfolio and similar premium tiers). This duration allows our managers to execute medium-term strategies that are not possible with shorter-duration capital. The 90-day horizon is particularly suitable for investors seeking maximum return optimisation.

Account Security 7

Two-Factor Authentication adds a second layer of login security. When enabled, you must enter your password plus a time-based 6-digit code from Google Authenticator (or any compatible TOTP app) every time you log in. Codes refresh every 30 seconds and cannot be reused, making unauthorised access virtually impossible even if your password is compromised.

If you have not enabled TOTP-based 2FA, our platform automatically sends a one-time login code to your registered email address each time you attempt to log in. This email OTP provides a baseline of two-factor security even before TOTP is configured. We strongly encourage all clients to upgrade to TOTP 2FA for the highest level of account protection.

Contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will verify your identity through an enhanced KYC process (requiring you to confirm identity documents, account details, and answer security questions) before resetting your 2FA. This process typically takes 24–48 hours.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. We'll send you a secure password reset link valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support. For additional security, password resets also require email verification.

All data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL/TLS. Sensitive data at rest (including KYC documents) is encrypted with AES-256. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our platform undergoes regular independent security audits and penetration testing. We are fully GDPR and CCPA compliant.

Yes. Contact our support team immediately by phone at or email [email protected]. We can freeze your account within minutes while we investigate. For immediate self-service, you can also log in and disable your account in Settings → Security if you still have access.

We store only the information necessary to process your withdrawals — bank account details or wallet addresses that you provide. This information is encrypted at rest and is never used for any purpose other than processing your requested withdrawals. We do not store credit card numbers.

Deposits 6

We accept Bank Wire Transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT TRC20, USDT ERC20, and PayPal. The minimum deposit amount is $100. For deposits over $50,000 via wire transfer, please contact your advisor for dedicated banking instructions and to ensure the fastest possible processing.

Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations — typically 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion. PayPal deposits are credited within a few hours. Bank wire transfers typically take 1–3 business days for international wires.

WealthBridge does not charge deposit fees. You may incur fees from your sending bank or crypto exchange for outgoing transfers — these are charged by your payment provider, not by us. Cryptocurrency network gas fees are your responsibility.

No. All deposits must originate from accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be declined and returned. This policy exists for AML compliance and to protect both you and our platform from fraud.

There is no maximum deposit limit. For very large deposits ($100,000+), we recommend contacting your advisor or our operations team in advance to coordinate the most efficient method and ensure the fastest possible account credit.

First check that your transaction received sufficient blockchain confirmations (for crypto) or that the sending bank has marked the wire as dispatched. Then log a support ticket from your dashboard with your transaction hash (crypto) or SWIFT reference (wire). Our team will investigate within 2 business hours.

Withdrawals 7

Log in to your dashboard, navigate to Wallet → Withdraw, select your withdrawal method, enter the amount and destination details, and submit. All withdrawals are reviewed and approved by our operations team before dispatch.

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 hours of approval. Bank wire transfers take 2–5 business days depending on your bank and country. All withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission.

Yes, we charge a transparent 1.5% processing fee on all withdrawals. For example, a $1,000 withdrawal incurs a $15 fee, resulting in $985 received. This fee covers transaction processing costs. All ROI percentages stated in our investment plans are net returns — there are no other fees on your investment.

The minimum withdrawal is $50. There is no maximum limit, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification for security purposes as part of our AML compliance obligations.

Withdrawals are reviewed for security and compliance before processing. Most are approved within a few hours. If yours has been pending for more than 24 hours, please contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number and we will investigate immediately.

Funds that are committed to an active investment plan cannot be withdrawn until the plan reaches its maturity date. Only funds held in your free account balance (not currently in an active plan) are available for withdrawal at any time.

For security reasons, withdrawal address changes are not permitted after submission. If you entered the wrong address, contact support immediately — if the transaction has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel and resubmit. Once a cryptocurrency transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.

Fees & Returns 4

We charge a 1.5% fee on withdrawals only. All stated ROI percentages are net of all platform and management costs — there are no management fees, performance fees, subscription fees, or hidden charges on your investment principal or earnings.

Our ROI targets are based on our track record of delivering consistent returns. All stated returns are contractual targets within your investment agreement. While our risk management framework is designed to consistently achieve these targets, all investments carry inherent market risk and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Please read our Risk Disclosure fully before investing.

The highest stated ROI is 12% per month on the Portfolio Premium plan ($50,000+, 90-day duration) and 11% on the Commodities Elite plan ($20,000+, 60-day duration). Higher-tier plans offer premium returns in exchange for larger capital commitment and longer plan durations.

WealthBridge does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf. You are responsible for declaring your investment income to your local tax authority in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. We provide monthly account statements and annual summaries to assist with your tax reporting. Premium plan clients receive tax optimisation guidance from their senior advisor.

Advisors 5

Yes. Every client at Growth tier and above receives a dedicated personal advisor within 24 hours of activating their first plan. Starter/Basic plan clients have access to shared advisor support via our support team. All Premium and Elite clients receive a senior advisor with direct contact details.

Your advisor actively manages your investment strategy, sends you trade updates and market commentary, answers questions about your portfolio, guides you through plan renewals and upgrades, and provides personalised advice on optimising your investment approach based on your goals. They are your single point of contact for all investment-related questions.

You can contact your advisor through secure messaging within your account dashboard, via email, or by phone during business hours. Premium and Elite clients have access to a dedicated WhatsApp/Telegram channel with their senior advisor for real-time communication.

When opening an account, you can indicate a preference for a specific advisor based on the profiles on our Meet Advisors page. We will do our best to accommodate requests. Final assignment depends on each advisor's current client load. All assignments can be reviewed after 30 days.

Our advisory team holds certifications including CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CMT (Chartered Market Technician), and Series 3, 7, and 66 licences. Individual advisor credentials are listed on our Advisors page.

Your account is fully accessible from any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. No app installation is required. We recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for the best experience. A mobile-optimised app is on our development roadmap.

First, check that Caps Lock is not enabled and try resetting your password. If you use 2FA and have lost your authenticator device, contact support for identity-verified account recovery. For persistent login issues, clear your browser cache and cookies or try a different browser.

A dedicated iOS and Android mobile app is currently in development and expected to launch in the near future. In the meantime, our web platform is fully mobile-responsive and provides the complete account management experience from any smartphone browser.
