1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use WealthBridge Markets, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are restricted or prohibited by law
• Successfully complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process
• Not be on any government sanctions list or designated as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) without prior disclosure

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and KYC
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorised access to your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Hold only one account — multiple accounts per person are prohibited

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

4. Investment Services

WealthBridge Markets provides managed investment services across three categories: Portfolio Investment, Stocks Trading, and Commodities Trading. By investing in any plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All investments involve risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results
• Stated ROI percentages represent target returns based on historical performance and are not guaranteed
• Investment plans have defined durations after which your capital and accrued returns will be credited to your account balance
• Early termination of an active plan may result in forfeiture of accumulated returns
• We reserve the right to modify plan terms in exceptional market circumstances with prior notice
• Our advisors act in the capacity of managed account operators, not licensed financial advisors in your jurisdiction

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: $100. Deposits must be made from accounts or wallets in your own name.
• Deposits are credited after blockchain confirmations (crypto) or bank clearing (wire transfer).
• We reserve the right to refuse deposits from sources suspected of money laundering or fraud.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: $50. A 1.5% processing fee applies to all withdrawals.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours; bank wire transfers within 2–5 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to accounts or wallets registered in your name.
• We may request additional identity verification for large withdrawals as a security measure.
• Funds held in active investment plans cannot be withdrawn until plan maturity.

6. Fees & Charges

WealthBridge Markets charges a 1.5% fee on all withdrawals. All stated investment ROI percentages are net of platform management costs — there are no hidden fees, management fees, or performance fees applied to your investment principal or returns. We reserve the right to introduce new fees with 30 days' advance notice to clients.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities on our Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose
• Creating multiple accounts or operating accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our Platform or servers
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers on our Platform without written permission
• Engaging in any activity that could damage our reputation or interfere with other users' experience
• Attempting to circumvent our KYC, AML, or fraud-prevention measures

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds pending regulatory review, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the Platform's overall design, is the exclusive property of WealthBridge Markets or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WealthBridge Markets does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code
• Any specific investment return will be achieved
• Information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current at all times

Investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You should carefully consider whether investing is appropriate for you in light of your financial circumstances, investment experience, and risk tolerance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WealthBridge Markets, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of investment, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination:

• Funds available in your account balance (not in active plans) will be returned within 30 business days, subject to AML checks and applicable legal holds.
• Any active investment plans may be terminated at our discretion, with accrued returns calculated pro-rata.
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York, NY, unless you have the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection laws.
